Job Description

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort

• Make beds and change linens

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and other room areas

• Replenish guest supplies and amenities

• Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

• Maintain housekeeping storage areas organized and stocked

• Assist with guest requests related to housekeeping in a friendly and efficient manner

• Report damages, maintenance needs, or guest issues to the supervisor

• Support other housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and thorough in all cleaning tasks
• Focused on providing the exeptional guest experience
• A clear and professional communicator with colleagues and guests
• Able to manage inventory and report low supplies
• Safety-conscious and aware of workplace hazards
