Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales pipeline, ensuring all client information and interactions are accurately logged.
- Assist with the creation of sales collateral and presentations.
- Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports (e.g., pace reports, production reports, lead tracking, market segment analysis).
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and sales forecast with data-driven insights.
- Maintain the hotel’s room inventory and function space calendar in the sales system, ensuring accuracy against the Property Management System (PMS).
- Recommend and help implement process improvements for data collection and reporting efficiency.
- Become a super-user of the hotel’s key systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Munshi, Delphi/Salesforce/CI/TY, Microsoft Office 365).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or data analyst role, preferably in hotel sales, revenue management, or front office.
- Location: Lahore.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, formulas) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
