Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales pipeline, ensuring all client information and interactions are accurately logged.
  • Assist with the creation of sales collateral and presentations.
  • Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports (e.g., pace reports, production reports, lead tracking, market segment analysis).
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and sales forecast with data-driven insights.
  • Maintain the hotel’s room inventory and function space calendar in the sales system, ensuring accuracy against the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements for data collection and reporting efficiency.
  • Become a super-user of the hotel’s key systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Munshi, Delphi/Salesforce/CI/TY, Microsoft Office 365).


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or data analyst role, preferably in hotel sales, revenue management, or front office.
  • Location: Lahore.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, formulas) is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
