Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

• Guest Relations:
Maintain high standards of guest service and address guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment.

• Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

• Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff. Ensure staff are motivated, trained, and performing at high standards. Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Marketing & Sales:
Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, enhance the hotel's market presence, and drive sales.

• Quality Assurance:
Ensure the hotel meets all brand standards, quality, and safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.

• Inventory & Supplies:
Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

• Vendor Management:
Oversee purchasing and vendor relationships.

• Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve services and facilities. Implement changes and improvements based on feedback.

• Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

• Crisis Management:
Develop and implement emergency procedures and ensure staff are trained to handle emergencies efficiently.
