Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager with over 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Supervise and lead hotel staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance; control operating costs and optimize profitability.
- Implement and maintain quality service standards across all departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy and improve revenue.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.).
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality best practices.

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hotel industry.
- Additional certifications in hospitality or leadership are a plus.
