Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager with over 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Supervise and lead hotel staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance; control operating costs and optimize profitability.
  • Implement and maintain quality service standards across all departments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy and improve revenue.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.).
  • Sound knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality best practices.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hotel industry.
  • Additional certifications in hospitality or leadership are a plus.
