Role Overview
The Hotel Growth Marketer will own the strategy and execution for driving hotel traffic, bookings, and revenue on the MOVE platform. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for converting MOVE's flight-first users into hotel bookers—a unique challenge that requires creative cross-sell strategies, deep funnel optimization, and sophisticated marketing execution.
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, revenue optimization, and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Leadership
Define and execute the hotel growth marketing strategy across ASEAN markets, with clear quarterly targets for traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Own the hotel attach rate KPI—developing systematic approaches to convert flight bookers into hotel customers through cross-sell, bundling, and lifecycle marketing.
Build and optimize the SNAP (Flight + Hotel) packages marketing strategy.
Conversion and Funnel Optimization
Own look-to-book conversion for hotel inventory, targeting through systematic optimization
Design and execute A/B testing roadmap for hotel search, listing pages, and checkout flow—partnering closely with Product and Engineering
Implement personalization strategies using flight booking data (destination, travel dates, cabin class) to surface relevant hotel recommendations
Optimize mobile booking experience for SEA markets where 80%+ of transactions occur on mobile
Performance Marketing and Demand Generation
Manage paid acquisition for hotel inventory across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels with clear ROAS targets
Optimize metasearch presence and bidding strategy for hotel inventory
Develop SEO strategy for hotel landing pages targeting high-intent destination + hotel queries
Build attribution models that accurately credit hotel bookings across touchpoints
Inventory and Partnership Collaboration
Partner with the Supply team to align marketing priorities with inventory availability and strategic hotel partnerships
Identify compression periods, major events, and seasonal opportunities for promotional campaigns
Collaborate on rate parity and pricing strategy to ensure competitive positioning versus OTA competitors
Surface customer and conversion insights to inform partnership negotiations and inventory expansion
