Job Description :

• Handling calls/mails with Agents (B2B).
• Communicate & action queries as per requirement
• Escalate queries & concerns to concerned department/person
• Follow SOPs and focus on query management
• Keep track and be updated of the changes in hotel policies
• Focused to follow result-oriented work
• Strong & effective query conversion through follow ups
• Maintain proper data of the queries handled, booking done and payment reminders

Skills :

• Effective Communication - Email Typing - Presentable - Multi Tasker - Good Convincing Skills - Computer knowledge.

Location :

• Kamela Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat
• Time : 10 AM to 7 PM
• Working Days- Mon- Sat
