Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury client in South Carolina and we are looking for an Executive Chef. <\/span>

The Work:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
<\/span> <\/div>
- Lead and manage all culinary operations for a luxury hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Oversee day to day kitchen operations across restaurants, banquets, and additional outlets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Set and maintain Forbes level luxury standards for food quality, presentation, and service.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop menus reflecting a range of cuisines while aligning with brand and guest expectations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and development of all kitchen staff.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain strong cost controls through budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to support overall operational and financial goals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Promote a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and consistency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Additional duties as required.
<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul>What youâve already done (requirements):<\/b><\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>- Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Chef within Forbes rated luxury hotels.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven experience leading high volume hotel kitchens with multiple outlets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated success managing full kitchen operations, including staffing, training, and budgets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Formal culinary training. Culinary degree preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of hotel operations and cross department collaboration.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience with diverse culinary styles and menu development.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Track record of building and leading high performing culinary teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Luxury hotel experience required.<\/span>

<\/span> <\/div>$160k \- $180k + bonus<\/span>
