What you will be doing:
As a Host/Bartender, you’ll be the first and lasting impression for our guests — welcoming them with warmth, ensuring their comfort, and supporting the service team from behind the bar with one perfectly crafted drink at a time. You’ll play a vital role in both the front-of-house atmosphere and the behind-the-scenes flow, all while contributing to the elevated standard of hospitality we’re known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting arriving guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and informing them of daily specials or promotions
Assisting with reservations and answering guest inquiries both in person and by phone
Providing warm, engaging service while crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Monitoring guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Ensuring responsible alcohol service in line with company standards and licensing regulations
Performing opening and closing duties, including dining room and bar setup and side work
Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and host area throughout service
Answering guest questions about drink options and making recommendations when appropriate
Communicating effectively with the service team to ensure smooth, coordinated service
Using sound judgment, professionalism, and quick thinking in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
Contributing to a respectful, collaborative team culture and supporting team members as needed
Creating memorable experiences by helping guests feel welcome, celebrated, and taken care of
Taking direction from the Restaurant Manager to support seamless operations
Performing additional duties as assigned

The Spark you Bring to Every Dining Experience
Experience in a restaurant, bar, or high-volume service environment an asset
A natural ability to connect with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality
Exceptional drink knowledge and bartending skills, including mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages quickly and accurately
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both guests and team members
Proven ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Smart Serve Certification required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with our business hours
