Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/div>
Plan, prepare, and oversee the daily preparation and service of three meals for 300 staff members, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. <\/li>
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities to maintain efficiency, safety, and seamless daily operations. <\/li>
Develop and implement menus with attention to nutritional balance, cost -effectiveness, and seasonal availability. <\/li>
Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, including HACCP standards where applicable. <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/div>
Minimum 3 -5 years of professional cooking experience, within hotel industrial or staff catering environments. <\/li>
Proven expertise in preparing North and South Indian cuisines, with a strong understanding of regional flavors and cooking techniques. <\/li>
Experience in large -scale meal preparation for 200–500 persons per meal. <\/li>
Physically fit to handle the demands of an industrial kitchen environment<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/li><\/ul>
