<\/b><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>- Plan, develop, and execute authentic Indian menus, including North & South Indian, Tandoori, Curry, Biryani, and regional specialties<\/span>
<\/li>- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow<\/span>
<\/li>- Prepare, cook, and present high -quality Indian dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines<\/span>
<\/li>- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Helpers)<\/span>
<\/li>- Source, inspect, and manage Indian spices, ingredients, and raw materials<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP)<\/span>
<\/li>- Handle inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), and supplier coordination<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate with restaurant management for menu pricing and promotions<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 5+ years of working experience as a<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>Head Chef - Indian Cuisine.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of Indian Cuisine techniques<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -volume kitchen environment<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Good communication and teamwork skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
