Their kitchen is led by a highly regarded Executive Chef, and they’re now on the lookout for a Head Pastry Chef to take the reins of their pastry section.
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead a talented pastry team and craft world-class desserts and pastries in a kitchen that champions creativity, seasonality, and precision.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

This role would suit a creative, confident Head Pastry Chef (or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up) with a background in luxury hotels or fine dining environments.
