  • Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.

  • Drive CRM adoption and ensure data integrity to enhance client engagement and reporting accuracy.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to refine strategies and ensure market leadership.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, revenue management, and finance teams to deliver cohesive business outcomes.
