Key Responsibilities<\/b> Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on rooms, MICE, and day -out bookings to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients, travel partners, and event agencies. Manage the complete MICE sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal to contract negotiation and post -event feedback. Promote and package day -out and leisure experiences to boost weekday and off -season revenue. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long -term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to craft targeted promotional campaigns. Track leads, bookings, and performance metrics using CRM and PMS tools. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management. Represent the resort at trade shows, hospitality events, and networking platforms. Work closely with operations and event teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences. Negotiate contracts and proposals to optimize profitability while maintaining service excellence. Qualifications & Experience<\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality sales — ideally across rooms, MICE, and leisure segments. Strong knowledge of CRM and PMS systems. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in hotel or resort environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across teams.
