Set in one of the UK’s most picturesque vineyards, this unique countryside restaurant champions seasonal produce, elegant simplicity, and exceptional guest experiences. They’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead a small, passionate kitchen team and put their own creative stamp on a truly special location.

• £45,000 package
• Working 40 to 45 hours per week
• Straight shifts
• Saturdays off when events are externally catered
• Working with exceptional produce in a beautiful vineyard setting
• Leading a close-knit team of 4 chefs in a well-equipped kitchen
• Autonomy to shape menus and develop your own style

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen service and daily operations
• Designing thoughtful, seasonal menus that complement the venue’s relaxed elegance
• Managing prep and service for up to 100 covers during peak periods
• Mentoring and motivating a small, experienced team
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
• Collaborating with front-of-house to ensure smooth, memorable guest experiences
