We are so excited to be working with a brand-new Mexican restaurant located in the heart of London. This vibrant and trendy restaurant, which is part of a growing group, is looking for a Head Chef to join their team immediately.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

• £50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus a 6% annual bonus
• Leading a highly skilled team of 16 chefs
• Being part of a growing group with exciting plans for the future
• Cooking with a variety of fresh ingredients

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Creating a variety of flavoursome Mexican dishes for up to 1300 covers per week
• Making the most of the restaurant's access to fresh ingredients
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the team
• Ensuring a consistently high quality of dishes is being produced

This all-day dining restaurant takes pride in serving a variety of premium Mexican dishes to up to 1300 covers per week. Therefore, they are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead, motivate and inspire their talented team of 16.
