Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, ideally within healthcare, hospitality, or residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, particularly in elderly care.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development and mentoring.
• Creative flair for menu design and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals for our residents, with a focus on high-quality ingredients.
• Lead by example in the kitchen, fostering a collaborative environment that values teamwork and high standards.
• Mentor and develop kitchen staff, contributing to our internal Chef Academy and nurturing a passion for culinary excellence.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the management team to align meal planning with the needs and preferences of residents.
