Head Chef – 2 Rosette Restaurant

Job Description

We are so excited to continue collaborating with a luxury boutique hotel based in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the small but mighty team of their 2 Rosette restaurant.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

• £50,000 per annum plus a bonus and £3,500 service charge
• Working 45 hours per week
• Full menu autonomy
• Private Healthcare Insurance

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Creating a variety of delicious dishes which celebrate sustainability
• Letting your creative juices flow as you make the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Helping create a positive working environment as the team push the standards
• Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
• Showcasing your kitchen management skills and encouraging excellence
