Group Quality & People Development Coordinator  (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Support of the Group Director Quality, People Development & Operational Excellence in conceptual and administrative tasks
• Developing and improving Brand Standards (BIS | BPS | BSS | BOSS | BEOS) and the Falkensteiner quality strategy (“QEE”)
• Support the Quality & People Development Team with different Admin Tasks
• Ensuring all training activities are recorded and documented correctly
• Internal communication of Quality & People Development activities
• Reporting of Quality & People Development Performance 
• Close cooperation with Marketing, IT & Systems.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3 Years work experience within in the hotel industry or marketing department
• Very good skills in Microsoft 365 
• Multilingual skills: proficiency in German and English mandatory, Italian or Croatian of advantage
• Strong service mentality and customer focus
• “Can do” and “Going the extra mile” attitude
• Highly responsible, reliable, structured and quality conscious
• Creative and “Out of the box” thinking

For this full-time position, we offer a monthly gross salary of € 2.500,-. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible.
