Job Description:

• Project Planning & Execution:

  • Define project scope, set timelines, analyze requirements, and approve budgets.
  • Develop and track project baselines, ensuring cost control, resource optimization, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution while minimizing cost overruns and delays.

• Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Lead project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Conduct detailed cost control analysis, including BOQ and rate evaluation.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance:

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, and design teams during pre-construction.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Develop and manage procurement strategies, including RFPs, tenders, and BOQs.
  • Oversee material procurement, vendor coordination, and tracking of project deliveries.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

• Risk & Progress Monitoring:

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct review meetings, and implement corrective actions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and planning abilities.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
