Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional GRE Hostess for the hotel industry in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring a pleasant guest experience through effective communication and coordination.


Qualifications and Skills

  • proven experience in front desk operations, guest relations, and hotel safety protocols (Mandatory skill)
  • proficient in managing check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
  • strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
  • ability to coordinate events and manage guest services in a hotel environment
  • excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
  • good understanding of hotel management software and other related tools
  • strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality to engage guests warmly


Roles and Responsibilities

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide accurate information about the hotel services
  • facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest service needs
  • assist in planning and coordinating events hosted within the hotel premises
  • ensure compliance with hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • provide timely updates to supervisors regarding guest feedback and hotel operations
