Job description

Provide clerical assistance to Road Management department 

  • Internal & external correspondence - email, letter and call 
  • Handling documentation and filing 
  • Generate job tickets raised by end users
  • Monitor submission of overtime form from respective section 
  • Issuing of pagers 

 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification;
  • Able to speak & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Preferable with 1 year administrative working experience
