Job Description

The hotel is looking for a creative, motivated Commis Chefs to work in our Pastry kitchen. You will report to the Executive Chef as well as be part of a large kitchen team!

Qualifications

About you:

Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Certificate III in patisserie or higher.

  • The ability to work most effectively in a team environment

  • A fantastic attitude to providing quality work and service

  • Creative flair and great ideas

  • Exceptional at production of large quantity for food and have a flair for presentation

  • Quality and portion control

  • Ability to work week days and weekend on rotation weekly roster

  • Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.

  • Have valid work right in Australia
