Swissôtel Sydney is a premium five-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney’s business, retail and entertainment district.

The hotel is looking for a creative, motivated Commis Chefs to work in our Pastry kitchen. You will report to the Executive Chef as well as be part of a large kitchen team!
About you:
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Certificate III in patisserie or higher.
The ability to work most effectively in a team environment
A fantastic attitude to providing quality work and service
Creative flair and great ideas
Exceptional at production of large quantity for food and have a flair for presentation
Quality and portion control
Ability to work week days and weekend on rotation weekly roster
Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.
Have valid work right in Australia
