As a Front Office Supervisor at Delano Dubai, you will lead and support the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest service. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and serve as a role model in guest interaction and service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring team members perform efficiently and in alignment with Delano standards.
Guest Experience: Ensure a warm, personalized welcome and departure experience for all guests. Handle escalated guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Training & Development: Train, mentor, and motivate front office team members to deliver consistently high levels of service. Provide feedback and support ongoing development.
Shift Management: Manage scheduling, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts. Conduct shift briefings and maintain operational continuity.
Operational Excellence: Monitor check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and reservation handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, concierge, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily reports, maintain accurate guest records, and ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies.
Compliance & Security: Enforce safety, security, and confidentiality standards, and ensure team adherence to all operating procedures and policies.
