Front of House Billiards - Restaurant Manager

Sharks Restaurant & Billiards, a prominent establishment in Shawnee, KS since 2006, is seeking a dedicated full-time Front of House Billiards - Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy entertainment venue. With a yearly salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 (along with a unique pay structure), this food service role presents an exciting opportunity to manage a well-regarded local business while ensuring an exceptional dining and gaming experience for our guests.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this pivotal food service role, you will manage daily operations and lead a team committed to providing outstanding service. As our Front of House Billiards - Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing front-of-house activities, coordinating staff during peak hours, and ensuring that all events, such as league tournaments and special celebrations, are executed seamlessly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while fostering a welcoming environment for our guests.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration:

• 2+ years of experience managing a busy restaurant or bar
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Aloha POS
