Description
Key Responsibilities Guest Service

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service as per Holiday Inn Express brand standards.

Greet guests, handle requests, and resolve concerns promptly.

Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve service.

Operational Responsibilities

Supervise breakfast/service operations including setup, replenishment, and closing.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all F&B areas.

Oversee inventory control of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies.

Assist in stock ordering, receiving, and storage as per HACCP guidelines.

Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and report maintenance issues.

Team Supervision

Lead and motivate F&B associates during shifts.

Train team members on service standards, food safety, and grooming guidelines.

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.

Support in new staff onboarding and cross-training.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure adherence to IHG brand standards.

Maintain proper documentation for hygiene, temperature logs, and cleaning schedules.

Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations.

Financial Responsibilities

Reduce wastage and control operational costs.

Support in monthly inventory checks.

Ensure accurate billing and smooth cashiering procedures (if applicable).
