- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel unit, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for the hotel unit
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Provide financial guidance and support to hotel management team

Qualifications
- CA with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- MBA in Finance or diploma related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Experience with hotel operations and financial management in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
