Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

  • Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the F&B Manager, ensuring all team members are aware of operational updates.
  • Supervise daily outlet service and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly during the shift and log all incidents for follow-up.
  • Monitor standards of guest facilities, cleanliness, and service.

Financial & Inventory Control

  • Supervise cash handling, banking procedures, and prepare daily cash flow reports.
  • Instruct team on cash security procedures and deal with irregular payments.
  • Monitor stock control, storage, and security procedures.
  • Assist in menu and beverage list creation.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise team functions and allocate daily responsibilities.
  • Work with the F&B Manager on manpower planning, training, and development needs.
  • Support the preparation and management of the department budget.
Skills & Requirements
  • Previous F&B supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift items up to 23 kg.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first approach.
