Operations & Service
- Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the F&B Manager, ensuring all team members are aware of operational updates.
- Supervise daily outlet service and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly during the shift and log all incidents for follow-up.
- Monitor standards of guest facilities, cleanliness, and service.
Financial & Inventory Control
- Supervise cash handling, banking procedures, and prepare daily cash flow reports.
- Instruct team on cash security procedures and deal with irregular payments.
- Monitor stock control, storage, and security procedures.
- Assist in menu and beverage list creation.
Team Leadership
- Supervise team functions and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Work with the F&B Manager on manpower planning, training, and development needs.
- Support the preparation and management of the department budget.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous F&B supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel environment.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift items up to 23 kg.
- Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first approach.
