As a F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction. You will be managing the team, maintain standards, and ensure smooth workflow across the department. You will also support staff development and uphold the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all F&B outlets to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the F&B colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Work closely with the HQ, General Manager and Departmental heads to support strategic planning and business goals.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
About You:
- Strong leadership and team-management skills to guide and motivate diverse F&B team.
- Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple outlets and priorities.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and guest-service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality management, Hotel Administration, F&B Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
