Seasoned F&B Operations expert with corporate-level experience and proven pre-opening expertise, driving operational excellence and successful restaurant launches. Efficient, strategic, and customer-focused.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Opening Leadership:
  • Lead the planning and execution of pre-opening activities for new outlets, including recruitment, training, setup, and operational readiness.
  • Develop pre-opening budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Multi-Outlet Management:
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, maintaining consistency in quality, service, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Optimize processes, implement SOPs, and standardize workflows across locations.
  • Financial Accountability:
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for pre-opening & assist in Existing Outlet Budgets.
  • Assist in measures to achieve profitability targets.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and manage inventory effectively.
  • Customer and Market Focus:
  • Ensure outstanding customer service across all outlets and address feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific promotions for existing and new outlets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify innovation and service improvements.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Management:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and local regulatory standards across all outlets.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations pertaining to new location openings.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven track record in handling pre-opening processes and managing operations for multiple outlets, preferably in diverse locations.
  • Leadership: Strong team-building and leadership skills to manage large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Operational Expertise: Ability to develop and execute operational strategies tailored for different locations.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analysing financial data.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different cultural and operational dynamics.
