As an F&B Crew (Kitchen & Operational), you will play a vital role in daily food and beverage operations—ensuring food quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and a great customer experience from behind the scenes to front of house.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably in Culinary, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience in kitchen or F&B operations is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, discipline, and a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards (Kitchen).
  • Support operational activities such as order taking, serving, clearing tables, and cashiering (Operational).
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of both kitchen and service areas.
  • Follow SOPs for food safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
