Join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, nestled in the heart of the stunning Hunter Valley wine region. We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences across our bistro, fine dining restaurant, and conference venues.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of a busy and diverse kitchen. You’ll lead a team of talented chefs, contribute to menu creation, and uphold the highest standards in food quality, safety, and presentation.

Salary: $90,000-$95,000 (excluding super)
