Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their team in Cape Town.
Duties will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing kitchen operations and team
- Maximizing revenue potential
- Improving standard of operations
- Control kitchen spending and wastage
- Implement culinary operations
- Decision making and team management
- Training and development of staff
Requirements:
- 3 Year Culinary Diploma
- Experience in managing SOP's
- 5-6 Years in a similar role - at least 2 years as Chef De Partie
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work shifts
