Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their team in Cape Town.


Duties will include, but is not limited to: 
  • Managing kitchen operations and team
  • Maximizing revenue potential
  • Improving standard of operations
  • Control kitchen spending and wastage
  • Implement culinary operations 
  • Decision making and team management 
  • Training and development of staff

Requirements: 
  • 3 Year Culinary Diploma
  • Experience in managing SOP's
  • 5-6 Years in a similar role - at least 2 years as Chef De Partie
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work shifts
