Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef
Location: Luxury Resort – WY
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 DOE
Bonus: up to 25%

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or formal apprenticeship preferred; strong emphasis on pastry, bread, and chocolate work
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a high-end, fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HACCP knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive pastry experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
  • Strong understanding of food safety, cost control, and production systems
  • Able to work in a remote, high-demand, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily pastry production, including breads, desserts, and chocolate work, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and resort SOPs while maintaining food and labor cost controls
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
