Holiday Inn Resort Phuket is seeking an experienced, creative, and people‑centric Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is a Local Package position, ideal for a Thailand‑based culinary professional who wants to shape memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world in a beautiful beachfront resort setting.
What you’ll do :-
-Lead and inspire kitchen teams across multiple outlets, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
-Develop menus that highlight both local Thai flavors and international favorites, tailored to the resort’s diverse guest mix.
-Manage food cost, inventory, and suppliers to keep operations efficient and profitable without sacrificing quality.
-Coach and mentor chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.
-Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, aligned with brand guidelines and local regulations.
-Partner with F&B leadership to drive guest satisfaction, special events, and promotional initiatives.
What we’re looking for :-
-Proven Executive Chef or Head Chef experience in upscale hotels or resorts, ideally with international F&B operations.
-Strong culinary creativity, with a track record of successful menu development and kitchen leadership.
-Solid knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
-Excellent communication skills, able to work smoothly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
-Passion for training, development, and maintaining a positive, professional kitchen environment.
-Local-package eligibility and familiarity with Thailand’s hospitality landscape is a plus.
