About the Role

As Executive Chef, you’ll lead a talented culinary team with precision, creativity, and passion. From crafting unforgettable daily specials to maintaining impeccable kitchen standards, you’ll be the driving force behind our back-of-house excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and team management
• Develop innovative daily specials that delight guests and enhance our brand
• Ensure consistent plating and presentation aligned with Pearlz standards
• Foster a positive, high-performing kitchen culture through mentorship and leadership
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations (DHEC standards)
• Manage vendor relationships and uphold quality control during deliveries

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in seafood-focused kitchens
• Proven ability to manage high-volume service with composure and efficiency
• Strong understanding of menu development, food cost control, and kitchen operations
• Culinary degree and ServSafe certification preferred
• Restaurant365 and Toast knowledge
• Passion for seafood and a commitment to excellence
