Executive - Contracting & Processes:

Job Description:

  1. Talent Engagement Processing 
    1. Responsible for end-to-end processing of local and foreign talent engagements to support GENM and affiliate events, in-house entertainment, and activities. 
    2. Talent types include but are not limited to singers, musicians, bands, magicians, clowns, jugglers, models, and other performing talents.
  2. Contract & Compliance Coordination 
    1. Prepare and issue contracts based on approved mandates. 
    2. Track and ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations, including insurance, government approvals, logistics, and deliverables. 
    3. Maintain accurate records and document control for compliance and audit purposes.
  3. Payment & Documentation Management 
    1. Coordinate and process monthly payments in accordance with contract terms. 
    2. Ensure timely submission of documentation related to FAT, permits, and other statutory requirements. 
    3. Monitor outstanding items and follow up with relevant parties to ensure closure.
  4. Pre-Event Coordination (Off-site)
    1. Liaise with relevant departments to plan and arrange logistics (e.g. transport, accommodation, technical needs). 
    2. Ensure safe arrival of talents/artists and act as key liaison on event day. 
    3. Safekeep and manage all documentation related to contracts and operational needs.
  5. On-Site Event Support 
    1. Oversee fulfillment of in-house entitlements such as meals, lodging, transportation, laundry, and others as required by contract. 
    2. Provide operational support during events to ensure smooth execution.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of relevant working experience 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation tracking 
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Chinese dialects is an advantage
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications
