Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital and e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize conversions
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website and mobile applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and partners in the digital and e-commerce space
  • Set and monitor KPIs for all digital and e-commerce initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and e-commerce professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management
  • Proven track record of increasing online revenue and conversions
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms Expertise in digital marketing tools, web analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media management
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional team
  • Certifications in digital marketing Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation in the digital space
