Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, delivery times, and service-related questions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
- Stay informed about services offered and updates in the food delivery industry to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
