Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, delivery times, and service-related questions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
  • Stay informed about services offered and updates in the food delivery industry to provide knowledgeable support.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
