What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of 2-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a
Supervisory or Managerial Front Office role, delivering sensational Guest
Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
- Extensive Proficiency in managing Reservations platforms and bookings
across various channels Efficiently.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring
every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
- Personifies FIVE’s Boundary-Breaking standard in every interaction, for
a Sensational experience.
- The ability to focus on Guests’ Needs, with a calm and courteous
attitude that reflects the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency
in English (Additional languages are a Plus).

Key
Responsibilities
- Acts as
the Primary Point of Contact for Real-Time door sales, with a Keen Understanding
of current inventory and availability, dynamically adjusting Pricing Strategies
in Coordination with the Reservations Team and Floor Managers to Maximise Revenue
while Preserving the exclusive, high-energy atmosphere that defines the ‘Vibe
at FIVE.’
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of FIVE Hotels and
Resorts and recognises Regular
Guests, delivering Sensational Personalised Service and Guest Relations.
- Provides accurate Waiting Times and effectively manages Seating
Arrangements, optimising the ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experience.
- Creates and maintains an Electrifying experiences for Guests, meticulously accommodating Guests Preferences and Special Requests.
- Greets Guests with Warmth and Professionalism, embodying the Essence of
FIVE and setting the tone for a Next-Level Guest Experience.
- Enhances the Guest Experience through Attentive assistance, anticipating
needs and Exceeding Expectations.
- Extends special courtesies to VIP Guests, ensuring their Comfort and
Satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance Guests' perception of the
hotel.
- Takes Ownership of the Entrance to the hotel, serving as the Guests' first Point of Contact.
- Monitors Guest
Flow and Inventory Levels, making swift, data-driven decisions to Optimise
entry management, pricing tiers, and access control, always aligned with FIVE’s
luxury lifestyle Positioning.
- Efficiently
executes Guest List and Ticket Verification procedures, maintaining a Balance
between Exclusivity and Accessibility.
- Employs
strategic Crowd Management Techniques to regulate Guest flow and prevent
congestion while upholding FIVE’s Exacting Standards.
- Collaborates
closely with the Hostess Team, Floor Managers, and the Reservations Team to
ensure fluid communication, seamless guest entry, and precise crowd calibration,
guaranteeing every entrance experience is Elevated and aligned with the
‘FIVE-Standard’.
- Maintains
constant Vigilance over the Entrance Area, promptly addressing any potential
Security Concerns or disruptive behaviour.
- Collaborates
closely with the Security Team to implement proactive measures and Respond
Effectively to incidents or emergencies.
- Leads by
example, embodying Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork in interactions
with Door Staff and fellow FIVE Tribe Members.
- Applies a Revenue-Focused,
Guest-Centric approach at the door, balancing Profitability with Luxury Hospitality,
ensuring every interaction is Top-Notch.
- Provides
ongoing Support and Guidance to the Team, fostering a Collaborative Environment
where everyone feels Empowered to Excel.
- Conducts
regular Training sessions and briefings to ensure ‘FIVERs’ are well-informed
and aligned with Operational Standards and Objectives.
- Acts as a
liaison between Guests and other Departments, facilitating Seamless
communication and Resolving queries or issues with Finesse.
- Serves as a Proud Ambassador of FIVE, embodying its
Spirit of Next-Level Entertainment, Creativity, and Sustainability in Every
interaction.
