•Provide Commercial advisory support to General Manager at both hotels.
•Create business strategies and SMART plan to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and maintain market share. This includes advertising, sales promotion, proactive & reactive selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, ect.
•Perform regular market analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with keys clients and industry partners.
•Maintains good communication with Accor Regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive and implement both strategic and tactical brand campaigns
•Develop business and leisure travel promotions; releases to press and target audience. Maintain good working relationships with local and international media. Explore valuable media trades where appropriate
•Experience in similar position with excellent leadership, interpersonnel, communication and B2B/B2C customer skills.
•Excellence sales and negotiation skills with ability to establish & build business partnerships.
