Job Description
Director of Sales for an International Hotel Brand, Central Luzon, Philippines
An international hotel brand is looking for a Director of Sales to join its sales and marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate develops and executes sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue by driving group and FIT sales, manage client relationships, and lead the sales team to meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related courses
With three (3) years supervisory or management experience in hotel sales and distribution
With hotel or resort experience in an international hotel brand, preferred
Knowledgeable in revenue management optimization
With network within the MICE industry, with a proven track record of generating leads, and securing high-value group business
Strong management, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to be based in Pampanga
