- Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development
- Oversee all marketing, advertising, and public relations activities in collaboration with corporate departments
- Actively participate in sales presentations, property tours, and high-level customer meetings
- Engage with community and professional organizations to maintain visibility and promote a positive brand image
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs, developing new strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and guest satisfaction
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school with minimum 10 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
- Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
