Job Description
Director of Revenue & Reservations - Hotel Group, Metro Manila, Philippines
A hotel group is in need of a Director of Revenue and Reservations to join it's expanding team. The successful candidate, reporting to the Group General Manager, will be responsible in driving distribution strategies ensuring profitable market share, oversee the reservation process ensuring seamless process and customer satisfaction, take the lead in developing commercial strategies in collaboration with the sales & marketing team, and drive optimization and profitability of all revenue streams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related discipline
Three (3) years experience in the same capacity for corporate office
Experience in price strategy, distribution, and inventory optimization
Pre-opening experience is a plus
Proficiency in reservation systems for hotels
Ability to have a good working relationship with all stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in Makati, and travel to the different hotel properties
