Director of Brand and Digital Marketing - International Hotel Brand, Metro Manila, Philippines
An international hotel brand is looking for a Director of Brand and Digital Marketing to be part of its hotel management team. The successful candidate, directly reporting to the Area General Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing traditional and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase bookings and interest , and ultimately, achieve over all business objectives. The Director of Brand and Digital Marketing will spearhead online campaigns which will provide data to analyze hotel's performance vis a vis digital marketing campaigns and online presence. This data can be used to optimize marketing efforts and pricing strategies, ensuring that the hotel is maximizing its revenue potential.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
Three (3) years of work experience in a similar role or in a senior management capacity, with proven track record in successful brand and digital management
Strong project and organizational skills
Proficiency in events and activation planning and conceptualization, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and collateral production
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain PR, and media relationships
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
