Deputy Head Sommelier - Hakkasan Mayfair London

We are in search for an experienced, passionate and talented Deputy Head Sommelier to join our dedicated Wine Team at Hakkasan Mayfair!

The ideal Deputy Head Sommelier has:

• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment;
• A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience;
• Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelier team;
• A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred;
• Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation;
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
