With a spectacular kitchen garden, the hotel is seeking a creative Demi Chef de Partie with experience in high-end fine dining. You'll have the opportunity to craft a variety of dishes that highlight the fresh, seasonal produce grown on-site.

Responsibilities as a Demi Chef De Partie…
- Preparing a variety of stunning fine dining dishes to wow guests
- Assisting the Chef De Parties in running sections of the kitchen
- Making the most of the fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
- Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the kitchen brigade
- Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
