LOCATION : MUMBAI

SHIFT : ROTATIONAL INCLUDING NIGHT

EXPERIENCE : 1-3 yrs of Experience in International Voice Process

Skills required:


-Good Facilitation Skills, Strong Verbal and written communication.
-Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
-Possess excellent interpersonal skills, Open to all available Shifts, working on weekends.


 

Profile Description (In brief):


-Handling Inbound calls
-Be Focused on achieving SLA defined by the project
-Need work in coordination with Sales Team, Account Department and the Lodges
-Updating trackers on daily basis
-Previous voice experience preferred
-Visualizing, planning and achieving improvement in team productivity
-Coach Also, help team members whenever required
-Maintain healthy group dynamics
-Should be flexible to work as per Process/Team Requirements
-Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
-Should be Familiarize with customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
-24*7 working window
-Maintain and update internal reports
