As a Customer Service Platform Intern, you will support the operations and optimization of our Zendesk platform, which serves both external guests and internal teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service technology, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service Platform Manager and Business Support team to create interactive training content and contribute to real-world platform enhancements.
