Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer
- Understand the principles of customer service and the steps of service
- Possess a keen eye for detail
- Be highly organized and able to maintain a positive, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Valid WA State Food Handlers Card
- Valid WA State Alcohol Server Permit
- 21+ years of age
ESR does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 22% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
Compensation: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
