Description

Region: Southeast Asia & Korea (SEAK)
Location: Singapore 
Duration: 6 months from Febuary 2026 onwards 

Role Purpose

Provide operational support to the Restaurants & Bars (R&B) team by assisting with project management and liaising with Multi-Unit Leaders and the Central Performance Delivery team to help achieve business objectives across the SEAK estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management for multiple initiatives, including:
    • Menu Review: Conduct outlet-by-outlet menu comparisons against competitors and formulate recommendations.
    • Menu Engineering Programme: Assist in rolling out the programme developed with EHL.
    • Contactless Dining: Follow up on implementation, compile exception requests, and gather feedback to refine programme support.
    • IHG Dining Privileges: Support continuous improvement of SOPs for dining rewards.
    • R&B Sandbox Meetings: Provide programming support, follow-ups, and communications.
    • Starbucks Project: Manage communications and arrange meetings between suppliers and hotels.
    • Campari Negroni Week: Coordinate communications with hotels and address implementation challenges.
    • Performance Calls: Assist in managing and scaling performance calls across hotels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders including CPD, R&B, MUL, Finance, and Commercial.
  • Participate in Employee Resource Group and Social Responsibility initiatives where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Undergraduate in Business Management or Hospitality (final-year students preferred).

Experience:

  • Prior internship experience in hotel management, consulting, or real estate advisory firms is advantageous.

Technical Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Creative problem-solving and idea generation skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Preferable: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
